The Crescent Hotel is owned by Elise Roenigk, who purchased the property with her late husband Marty in 1997. Following the purchase, they led extensive historic hotel restoration in Arkansas, rebuilding the roofline and fifth floor lost in a 1967 fire, restoring the Conservatory, and updating interiors with period-appropriate details. All monies made by the hotel are put back into the property, with Mrs. Roenigk taking no profit. Your stay directly helps protect this irreplaceable building and ensures the Crescent Hotel continues to be restored and preserved for future generations.
