There’s nothing more magical than experiencing the holidays at the Crescent Hotel. All dressed up for the holiday season, the property’s stunning Christmas decorations serve as the ideal setting for pictures and lifelong memories. Whether you use a professional camera or your phone, you will find a picture-perfect setting and colorful light displays to capture.
Events kick off with the lighting of the Christmas Forest on Saturday, December 3rd at 6 p.m. More than 30 trees will adorn the holiday focal point of the hotel’s nearly 15 acres, The East Lawn. Easily viewable from the hotel back porch, each tree will be uniquely decorated since each tree represents a different local and area charity.
Santa arrives at the hotel on Sunday, December 4th when he is the star attraction at The Santa Breakfast. Or the next Saturday the 10th, The Grinch will make his appearance alongside green eggs and Ham added to our already scrumptious buffet.
Perfect for the kids, The Crystal Dining Room is the setting for an enchanting holiday Teddy Bear Tea. On December 18th, guests are invited to savor a child-friendly tea menu and hot cocoa. Designed for young guests and their families. We encourage guests to bring their favorite Teddy Bear or doll to share tea with.
Every day, the hotel’s activity department creates a festive list of things to do during Christmastime at the Crescent Hotel. Live music, candy cane hunts, kids ghost tours, and Holly Jolly painting are some of the activities hosted by our resort hosts. The back porch game room is open every day making it the perfect place to spend a couple of hours. In the evening, take a sleigh ride then snuggle up by the fireplace in the lobby to enjoy some milk and fresh cookies. Join our hotel baker and decorate some holiday-themed gingerbread cookies or craft your own gingerbread house to add to our village.
SkyBar Gourmet Pizza will be open daily for the best pizza in Eureka Springs or gift yourself some year-round relaxation at the New Moon Spa. Get pampered with a massage, enjoy a warm body treatment or book a pedicure to release tension after a day of shopping. Spa relaxation spaces are open until 7 pm, so after dinner at La Cena, you can visit the hot tub, hot pool, or infrared sauna.
Of course, shopping is the main event. The hotel has a list of self-guided hikes and behind-the-scenes pathways into the shopping district and has a shuttle for the return.
Shop wisely, as there are many hotel deals offered during the holiday season, including weekday upgrades to the best rooms in the house.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year in Eureka Springs. There are dozens of magical holiday happenings in the month of December including holiday concerts, shopping events, enchanting celebrations, and more!
At the Crescent Hotel & Spa we look forward to celebrating the holiday season with you and adding the Crescent Hotel to your list of family traditions.
