Wedding Receptions at the Crescent Hotel
The 1886 Crescent Hotel features several Eureka Springs wedding venues to complement your union. The Crystal Ballroom, Crescent Conservatory, East Lawn, and Fountain Garden are all wonderful wedding reception venues at the Crescent Hotel and Spa.
Crystal Ballroom
250 Guests
At the very epicenter of this Historic Hotel of America is the Crystal Ballroom, site of the grand opening celebration of the Crescent in 1886. This celebration atmosphere has been maintained through the centuries. Today, brides who want an elegant stage for their wedding and/or reception choose this venue. With its huge windows, hardwood floors, and shimmering crystal chandeliers descending from the high ceiling, this ballroom can seat up to 350 for a ceremony and 250 for a reception. With full bands playing, guests can dance the night away while enjoying perfect catering choices and a full bar.
Crescent Conservatory
20-125 Guests
Built to the specs of the original Conservatory that served as the gathering spot for co-eds of the Crescent College & Conservatory for Young Women, this room of glass that offers 270-degrees of sunlight and panoramic views is like an outdoor setting that is climate-controlled thereby embracing a wedding of any season. The hardwood floor and open floor plan allows for that traditional father-daughter dance and all of the dances that follow. Adjacent to the Boardwalk-Gazebo, an outdoor ceremony can be accommodated with the reception moving inside to this fabulous room with its crisp, white decor. The Conservatory is ideal for weddings and receptions of 20 to 125 people.
East Lawn
64-125 Guests
The East Lawn was the setting for the opening “welcome“ tea parties when the Crescent first opened its doors in the late 19th century. This bit of nostalgia is now replicated by weddings and receptions on these very same grounds. With the addition of a wedding ceremony gazebo, the East Lawn welcomes weddings from 64 to 125 people. The ceremony and outdoor catering under a stylish tented canopy make the event lovely and comfortable for guests. With the historic hotel as a backdrop on the west and the Ozark Mountains and Saint Elizabeth’s Chapel on the east, a fun East Lawn wedding takes on the look of a Hollywood movie set.
Fountain Garden
350 Guests
Perhaps the signature wedding location for the 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa is the Fountain Garden. The bride and her entourage emerge from the New Moon Spa & Salon’s wedding studio to her gathering of family and friends. The backdrop? A towering Historic Hotel of America and magnificent manicured gardens with a dynamic, historic fountain as its focal point. This most popular wedding setting can welcome up to 350 guests. The unforgettable and picturesque stroll to the wedding site adjacent to the fountain located on the southernmost point of the hotel’s 15 acres is where the betrothed joins her fiancé. Following the fairytale ceremony, it’s a short stroll to the reception in the Crescent’s Crystal Ballroom or the Conservatory/Boardwalk/Gazebo.
