Get ready for a splash of creativity at our umbrella-making party on Friday, February 9th. This is your chance to craft a unique Mardi Gras accessory that’s all your own. Join us for an evening of creativity and prepare to parade in style!
Mardi Gras Celebration: February 10th
The excitement peaks on Saturday, February 10th. From 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, the Crystal Dining Room transforms into a Mardi Gras haven. Sip on our signature Hurricanes and savor a mouth-watering crawfish boil. Get swept away by the rhythmic sounds of New Orleans as the King Cabbage Brass Band brings their lively and soulful music to our celebration.
At 1:30 p.m., the Crescent Krewe of Moonbeam Merrymakers and the King Cabbage Brass Band will take to the streets. March with us from Crescent Drive to Spring Street, be part of the vibrant parade, and spread cheer with beads and smiles.
Keep the Party Going at Jack Rabbett’s Whisky Bar
The fun doesn’t stop after the parade! Join us at Jack Rabbett’s Whisky Bar in the Basin Park Hotel for a continuation of the Mardi Gras merriment. Celebrate the day’s excitement with our special Hurricane drink offerings and keep the party spirit alive. It’s the perfect spot to share stories, laugh, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere well into the evening.

The festivities continue into Sunday, February 11th, with a spectacular Mardi Gras Jazz Brunch from 11 am to 2 pm in the Crystal Dining Room at the Crescent Hotel. Indulge in an array of delicious, Cajun-inspired dishes that capture the essence of Mardi Gras. Our menu features:
