1st Course ~ Choice of salad
- House Salad- Field Greens, tomato halves, carrot curls, shaved onions, feta with champagne vinaigrette
- Caesar Salad – Romaine, shredded parmesan, croutons tossed in creamy Caesar dressing
2nd Course ~ Choice of Entree
- 8 oz Grilled Halibut Served over wild rice with champagne cream sauce and steamed asparagus.
- 6 oz Seared Filet with wild mushrooms & Foyer sauce. Served with smoked gouda mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.
- Vegetable Wellington Grilled portabella, red onion, green peppers and spinach wrapped in puff pastry and baked golden brown. Served with roasted tomato Coulis, wild rice and steamed asparagus.
