1st Course ~ Choice of salad

  • House Salad- Field Greens, tomato halves, carrot curls, shaved onions, feta with champagne vinaigrette
  • Caesar Salad – Romaine, shredded parmesan, croutons tossed in creamy Caesar dressing

2nd Course ~ Choice of Entree

  • 8 oz Grilled Halibut   Served over wild rice with champagne cream sauce and steamed asparagus.
  • 6 oz Seared Filet with wild mushrooms & Foyer sauce.  Served with smoked gouda mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.
  • Vegetable Wellington  Grilled portabella, red onion, green peppers and spinach wrapped in puff pastry and baked golden brown.  Served with roasted tomato Coulis, wild rice and steamed asparagus.

3rd Course ~ Choice of Dessert
