Eight-ounce fillet served over earthy grain rice with a caper dill-wine butter sauce and steamed asparagus. - Beef Tournedos
Roasted beef tenderloin with a port mushroom demi-glace sauce. Served with smoked Gouda mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus. - Vegetable Wellington
Grilled portabella, red onion, bell peppers, spinach, and asparagus wrapped in a golden puff pastry. Served with roasted tomato coulis and earthy grain rice.
