The Balcony Restaurant & Bar, one of the best downtown views with a wrapped around porch and live music that overlooks Spring St. and Basin Spring Park will offer all weekend long: Elk Burger Sliders topped with bourbon caramelized onions, served with pickles & chips for $10.99. The featured wine pairing will be, The Show Garnacha, an extravagant Spanish beauty with tempting aromas of spice, intense black cherries, and mocha. It has relatively high alcohol content yet is soft on the palate, with layered flavors of black raspberry, liquorice, and black pepper with hints of earth and oak.
